• Undertaking formal / informal valuations of commercial property on behalf of various clients, for a range of purposes including loan security, internal accounting, probate and due diligence prior to sale or acquisition, etc. 
• Dealing with Rent Review & Lease Renewal instructions

• MRICS
• Registered Valuer (Preferable)
