Frazer Kidd, acting as letting agents on behalf of Belfast City Council, are delighted to have successfully completed a letting of this unique Gate House style office building situated to the rear of Templemore Baths, fronting onto Glenmore Street, East Belfast.

 

Built in 1893, Templemore Baths is the sole surviving Victorian public bath in Ireland and has benefitted from a £17 million project to restore and expand the Victorian building to include an interactive visitor centre, fully restored pool with onsite café and modern leisure facilities.
