Following a successful 2023-2024 term with Belfast City Council, Frazer Kidd have been reappointed as matchmaking agent for the council for the term October 2024-2025.

Following the success of Belfast City Council scheme in Belfast city centre, funding of £500,000 has been secured from the Department for Communities and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to extend the scheme across our wider council area. 

Frazer Kidd are delighted to be reappointed as the matchmaking agent to fill vacant spaces across the city. The new boundary edge can be seen in the map.

Applications for the scheme are open until all of the available funding has been exhausted. Grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising properties with significant frontage in urban centres and along arterial routes.
